The space

A nice view of Kota Bharu City Center from the unit at Level 14. A walking distance to Kopitiam Kita, a popular attraction for people which they can eat the best dishes in Kelantan.

The unit is spacious with 2 beds. 1 Queen and 1 single bed and extra mattress and equipped with the necessary facilities for the guest comfort and conveniences

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire apartment, including the living room, kitchen, and bedroom. Guests can also enjoy access to our swimming pool, children playground and rest area. The pool is open from 8am to 6pm daily. To access the pool, guests will need to adhere to the rules provided. Dedicated Parking for guest is available for free and free/paid parking is also available in the apartment and on the street outside the building.

Self service laundry facilities with a minimum charges is also available

Other things to note

Please note that our property is located on the fourteen floor and there is an elevator. We also have a strict no-smoking policy. Guests are welcome to smoke at the balcony. We also ask that guests respect our neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum after 10pm.
